Video: ‘Aurora borealis’ boven Noorwegen

Onderstaande spectaculaire video van het Noorderlicht – genaamd Sixth Element, en geproduceerd door het bedrijf Level 4 – duurt bijna 5 minuten en toont de aurora borealis(poollicht) in de lucht nabij Nordreisa, Troms in Noorwegen. De beelden zijn opgenomen van augustus tot half november 2013.

“We shot this video with the intent to showcase what we can do for future clients,” aldus Tommy Richardsen, Level 4, in een reactie tegenover Space.com. “For this video we used quite a bit of double coverage so we could intercut between scenes with the same aurora at the same time, most of the scenes was shot using ultra wide angle lenses, while we sparingly used 24mm shots and fisheye shots.”
