Wat inspiratie uit de blogosphere. Het komt uit een speech van Keoki Andrus, hoofd 'operations' van Intuit (zeg maar de Exact uit de VS alleen dan groter en beter plus de belastingdiskette). De speech ging over Getting High Performance from High Potential Leaders. Dus hoe haal je meer uit je rijzende sterren.
