De Wikimedia Foundation, de non-profit organisatie achter het populaire Wikipedia, heeft zojuist de eerste officiële iPhone applicatie gelanceerd.
Wikipedia Mobile, die nu gratis beschikbaar is in de App Store (iTunes link), geeft gebruikers toegang tot iPhone-formatted Wikipedia artikelen.
Maar de App is niet heel erg vernieuwend. “The truth, however, is that this isn’t a very good application and doesn’t really go beyond anything the regular mobile Wikipedia website doesn’t already do.
