Chatbot: Face/Gesture/Lip sync based on emotions in voice

Steve Di Paola of the Simon Fraser University demonstrates to Chatbots.org a virtual agent system to listens to voice, extracts emotions from voice, and brings those emotions to facial expressions and gestures, combined with lip sync. It's a parameterized system that also has various degrees for emotions like madness or nervousness and personalities like aliens.
