Volgens Searchenginejournal gaat Yahoo Search Marketing in de UK zijn minimum prijzen verlagen van 10 Pence naar 5 Pence. MSN adCenter geeft aan een minimum bid van 5 Pence te hebben in de UK.
"I have just read an article about paid search in the Interactive magazine that came with Marketing Week today. It says that Yahoo! plans to reduce its minimum bid from 10p to 5p. I guess this will be to compete with MSN’s 5p minimum bid."
Yahoo! heeft dit reeds ingesteld voor de campagnes die in Italië lopen:
