Google maakt Q3 resultaten bekend

Gisteren heeft Google de financiele resultaten van Q3 2009 bekend gemaakt (PDF). Het derde kwartaal eindigde op 30 september. In de VS maakt Google dit soort dingen altijd middels een conference call bekend. Een 'Extended Q&A Call Transcript' is hier terug te lezen.

"Google had a strong quarter--we saw 7% year-over-year revenue growth despite the tough economic conditions," aldus Eric Schmidt, CEO van Google. "While there is a lot of uncertainty about the pace of economic recovery, we believe the worst of the recession is behind us and now feel confident about investing heavily in our future."

De opbrengsten voor Q3 van Google bedragen $5.94 miljard, een verhoging van 7% ten opzichte van Q3 2008. Een overzicht is hieronder te zien:
