Gerard Kleisterlee CEO Philips over Trends, Web2.0 tools & gebruik gadgets

Ik hield een interview met Gerard Kleisteree over de trends van 2009, de crisis (bij 20% daling omzet in de eerste 6 maanden), vergrijzing & gezondheidszorg, gebruik van web2.0 tools in het bedrijf om directer contact te krijgen met de klanten en zijn persoonlijke gebruik van gadgets (Video conferencing zorgde voor 75% daling van het aantal reizen, blackberry maar nog geen twitter/blogging etc). Hij vergelijkt het nederlandse gezondheidszorg systeem met de rest van de USA & Europa en bespreekt nieuwe pilots met agmea om patienten meer zelf thuis te laten doen.

  • outsourcing is de manier om je kosten tijdens de recessie te drukken. Die komt dan bij de bedrijven te liggen die daarvoor worden ingezet.
    Erg leerzaam filmpje. Zeker het verhaal over gezondheidszorg.
