Google stoot Microsoft van de troon

Eind november behoorde Microsoft nog tot de grootste spamproviders inmiddels is die rol door zoekgigant Google overgenomen.

Uit het laatste overzicht van de anti-spam organisatie Spamhaus blijkt dat Microsoft zijn verantwoordelijkheid heeft genomen en het misbruik door spammers heeft aangepakt. Hetgeen niet gezegd kan worden van Google.

Gezien hun top 3 notering van grootste spamproviders.

"Microsoft heeft de rotte appels verwijderd, die nu bij Google zitten, dat veel van de dingen host die eerder bij Microsoft waren ondergebracht", aldus Spamhaus CIO Richard Cox.
